Celebrating 10 Years of SMC Property!

May 2025 marks a major milestone for SMC Property as we proudly celebrate our 10th anniversary.

From humble beginnings in a small Ealing office—where we secured planning permission for five homes back in 2016—to the upcoming completion of our flagship development, Chelsea Riverview in SW6, it’s been an action-packed decade of growth, ambition, and achievement.

We’re incredibly proud to have collaborated with some of the industry’s finest along the way, including amazing teams at Mace, JLL, Whitecode, and AFK. A huge thank you to all our partners for being part of the journey—we can’t wait to see what the next ten years bring.

And the most unforgettable moment, as voted by the team? Sealing the Chelsea Riverview deal back in 2019. A true turning point—and just the beginning.
