We are thrilled to celebrate a key construction milestone at Chelsea Riverview, SW6 as the development has now reached its highest point of the build.
Constructed by Cfield Construction and designed by award-winning architects, Arney Fender Katsalidis (AFK), the 10-storey development has now reached its full height and is well on its way to delivering 110 spacious homes, with a completion target of Q3, 2024.
The accomplishment is a testament to the efforts and hard work of all the teams involved in the project. We celebrated the construction milestone with an event on site with all our key partners on the development, including CField, Gleeds, AFK, Mace, JLL and Whitecode. Luckily the sun held out for us on the day!
This milestone marks a significant moment in the construction of Chelsea Riverview and now we can really appreciate the relationship between the building and the extraordinary views, not only along the Thames, but also over the rest of Central London.
The team is now focused on working hard towards completion in 2024.
