Wayford Terrace is a collection of three generously proportioned homes on the Acton/Ealing border. Treebank Gardens

Treebank Gardens was acquired in 2015 and SMC optimised the planning application to improve the internal space within the properties. The development of four properties is situated off a highly sought after road, Grove Avenue and is short walk from Hanwell Station, providing direct access to Paddington Station in 15 minutes.

Birch Grove

SMC acquired Birch Grove in 2015, an old Victorian property that sat within a conservation area. The house was derelict and had been uninhabited for two years. We completed a strip-out of the interior of the property, taking it back to the bare brick and structural elements.

Blackbird House

Located a short walk from Wembley Park Station and Wembley Arena, Blackbird House will consist of 45 one, two and three bedroom apartments with generously sized balconies, terraces and communal landscaped gardens. Designed by leading architects Terrence O’Rourke. The development has been designed with family living in mind, with open plan layouts and a shared flexible community area on the ground floor for all residents to enjoy.
